The Calabrese 800 is the smallest unit in the Calabrese Range. With the ability to cook 2 small 30cm pizzas simultaneously, the 800 is the perfect addition to any small outdoor entertainment area. This unit is sold as a kit, with a solid dome cut into three easy to manage sections.
This Pizza Oven Kit Includes:Single 25mm calcium silicate hard underfloor insulation
Pre-cut front flue arch bricks
Pre-cut front arch template
Tub of Mortar
Black steel door with temp probe
50mm pre-cut cooking floor tiles
Precast refractory Dome
Insulation Blanket 50mm (ceramic fibre blanket)
Length of 900 x 150mm Stainless steel flue with rain hat
In Addition to this Kit, You will Require:Brickies sand/render to finish
Chicken wire to hold down fireblanket
Roll of aluminium foil
Weight: DIY kit - 450kgs, finished on slab - 550kgs
Heating time: 0 - 400 degrees = 30 mins
